It means you must have a reliable vehicle, which is impossible without a safety vest and PMCS. Unlike the $750 lug nut on your M1151 that you only indirectly pay for with taxes, YOU have to pay for your classes of supply. Fortunately, the auto industry is looking out for you every day with 10% discounts on most of your motoring needs. While there are some exceptions, expect to find repair and maintenance supplies such as oils, anti-freezes, and filters eligible for savings. If you are really nice, they might even have some really cool genuine fake chrome hubcaps to sport up your hoopster now that the Charger was repossessed.
